Cookie Cake
Ingredients
- 80g butter
- 95g brown sugar
- 95g granulated sugar
- 1tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 130g flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 150g chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 170°C and prepare the baking pan lining it with parchement paper
- Melt the butter over low heat or in the microwave
- Whisk together the sugars and the salt, add the butter and whisk until combined
- Add the egg and the yolk to the butter mixture and whisk until fully incorporated
- Sift the dry ingredients together, add them to the egg mixture and fold until no more flour is visible
- Add the chocolate chips and pour the batter into the prepared baking pan
- Bake for 20-25mins
- Wait for it to cool and enjoy :)
