- 3 Eggs
- 300 g Rolled oats
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 300 g All purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 & 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 300 g Chocolate chips
- 200 g Peanut butter chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 170°C, line the rectangular baking dish with parchment paper
- Cream the butter and sugars together until light and fluffy for about 5 mins
- Add the eggs one by one and mix until just combined
- Sift the dry ingredients together and add them to the bowl scraping down the sides as you go, make sure not to over mix
- Add the chocolate chips and the peanut butter chips or whatever mix-ins you choose
- Place the batter in the prepared pan and bake for 25 mins; this recipe makes quite a thick batter and it should be golden brown before you take it out of the oven, it may need more time depending on your oven
- Wait for it to cool and you're ready to enjoy!
